第一期的话题围绕NFT、DeFi结合以及他们未来的发展，现在已经有了一些现成的项目作出了它们的尝试，从经济模型，资金利用率以及使用者角色的方向展开想象，探索属于你们自己的世界。
NFT（非同质化代币）
NFT指数字或现实世界的资产，比如艺术品、房地产、收藏品甚至是个人身份。因此，NFT具有非常广泛的应用，吸引了很多产业，有许多实际案例，NFT正逐渐走入大众的视野中。
NFT通常应用于游戏资产购买、艺术品收藏等等。
NFT有各种各样的平台和市场，比如SuperRare, KnownOrigin, BakerySwap, OpenSea, Rarible, Enjin Marketplace, NBA Top Shot, AtomicMarket, Foundation, Myth Market, Nifty Gateway。DeFi(去中心化金融）
DeFi是金融产品和服务的总称，任何连接互联网的人都可以享受这些产品和服务。有了DeFi，市场总是开放的，没有中心化机构可以阻止支付或者拒绝你访问任何东西。DeFi生态系统中有针对不同目的而设置的不同平台和协议，比如借贷协议、交易协议、预测市场、钱包、资产管理、稳定币等等。从贷款到发票都可以在DeFi上完成。
UniSwap V3和Dego已经结合使用了DeFi和NFT。

Defi和NFT结合可以进行游戏开发，比如游戏token化，游戏端能创造的可能性更多。@prophet
Defi中流动性问题需要解决，虽然现在有很多NFT和Defi结合的游戏，比如Seascape和Dego，但是并不能够进行互换。UnisSwap V3从实用性的创新角度出发，让流动性提供者自己选择为特定的价格区间段提供流动性，风险也会降低，这样一来资金池的流动性深度会更好。当然，也可以考虑将清算权利和义务编程NFT，从实际角度解决Defi中清算的问题。 -

https://drops.co/ Drops类似avvegotchi，是将碎片化NFT与借贷结合的平台，主打Cryptopunk，支持用NFT作抵押，目前仍在测试阶段，是市面上流通碎片化NFT项目的一个升级版。它是很好的NFT和Defi结合的案例，NFT收藏品的高保值性和低流通量使其成为一个质押借币的天然凭证，未来也许NFT资金会引领市场。

以前的很多平台都是从Defi的角度去找NFT，Drops给了大家一些启发，可以尝试着从NFT的流动性角度切入。https://www.thehashmasks.com/ hashmash项目也是一个很好的例子，它是对整个NFT集群进行碎片化，但是依然在定价和清算方面存在难度。

NIFTEX（NFTX）允许用户将他们的NFT转化成易于交易和流动的ERC20代币，当涉及到NFT的所有权分割时，NIFTEX是一个不错的拆分途径，目前已经有大约20个NFT分片市场可供选择。

最主要的问题还是NFT资产定价，解决了定价问题，流通就很容易；没有定价很难形成共识，流动性自然变差，想要找到权属转移对象就更难了。 -
