How reliable are mr cooper and reviews? Should I consider them?

This company is the absolute worst! I would not trust them ever! They were taking our insurance payments out of escrow instead of our mortgage payments, and when the escrow ran out they dropped us without saying anything!!! So now we have been fighting to get our insurance back. We got the new home inspection and they were supposed to send a check to the insurance company and never did. Have called 5 times and they say it will take awhile to get fixed. But we are having to pay extra to get escrow back to where it needs to be and our insurance is still not being payed! I now have to pay $650 to insurance or we will be dropped again since the deadline is 5 days away, plus $1050 to Cooper, check mr cooper reviews. You should just send the check to me since I now have overdrawn my bank account!
