Are online study courses a scam?

The number of online courses has grown, which has led to a boom in fee-for-service students posing as students to do their work.
In high school, I cheated quite a bit. It was all the time. I remember writing chemical formulas on tiny pieces of paper, which I then attached with clear tape to my shoes. The information I needed was right in front of me as I crossed my legs.
This was before online education. Cheating seems to have become part of online education. Entrepreneurs and freelancers are now openly promoting services that help students cheat on their online education. These digital cheaters will even pretend to be students and teach entire classes online.
