E-Class is leaking coolant – need a proper Mercedes specialist

I noticed a puddle of greenish fluid under my E-Class this morning and my heart just sank because I knew exactly what it was – coolant, which means I've got a leak somewhere in the system that needs to be addressed before it turns into a major overheating disaster. I've had a quick look under the bonnet and I can see some residue around what looks like the water pump area, but honestly I'm not confident enough to diagnose it myself because these Mercedes engines are so tightly packed that you can barely see anything without taking half the car apart. I know that cooling system issues on these cars can be tricky because they use specific coolant types and the systems are quite sensitive, so I really don't want to take it to a general workshop that might just throw in any old coolant and call it a day. I've been looking for Expert Mercedes repair in Abu Dhabi because I want someone who actually understands these cars and can properly diagnose where the leak is coming from, whether it's the water pump, a hose, or something more serious like the radiator itself. Has anyone here dealt with a coolant leak on their Mercedes recently and can recommend a workshop that does a proper job without overcharging? I'm really hoping this isn't going to be as expensive as I'm fearing.
