What's the use of using review companies?

Explain to a person who has been using various companies all his life how you are looking for support contacts or ways to find out about a company before using it. For me, this is more important than ever because I can not figure out this point pickup.
If anyone can help me figure it out, I'll be extremely grateful to you!

After being a loyal driver for over 2 years, I woke up today to my account blocked with no explanation. As far as I know, I haven’t received any complaints from customers. I’ve never been late or delivered an incorrect order, never damaged property or anything like that point pickup reviews . So I’m not sure what’s going on. Plus I was waiting on the $40 from 1/4 to process so I can instant cash out for a bill & I can’t even do that now. Can’t get ahold of anyone either of course. This was my only real way to make extra money for my kids & now I’m screwed. They truly do not care about their drivers
