What are the things I should consider about the drainage of water before buying a flat?
-
Ask about any maintenance carried out on the drainage system, the history of waterlogging, and how the society deals with the clogging in case of rains. Look for leakage or dampness from the bathrooms, balconies, kitchen outlets, and other common places during your visit. You may also ask the residents about the same. While exploring the Flats for Sale in Sector 84 Gurgaon, these will help you assess the maintenance of the property.
