INDeco’s HOM n HOTEL is a product that emerged post-pandemic. We have converted some of our large standalone VILLAS into exquisite lil homes. They have 2 AC bedrooms. one double and one single. A huge hall around an open to sky muttram with a swing, daybed, dining. The backyard of this facility has a full fletched kitchen, a well, and an exquisite bathtub. Ofcourse the facade of the villa has a running sit-out (Thinnai) overlooking the street and the garden. This facility is mostly used by honeymooners who seek privacy and long-staying guest who can live by themselves & cook their own food.
