A wireless sensor network (WSN) is a network of spatially dispersed autonomous devices that cooperatively sense and record the physical or environmental conditions of their surroundings, and wirelessly relay the collected data to a central location.
      Components of a WSN:
Sensor nodes: These are the small, battery-powered devices that are deployed throughout the area to be monitored. Each node typically has a sensor, a microcontroller, a radio transceiver, and a power source.

Gateway: This is the device that collects the data from the sensor nodes and transmits it to the central location.
Central location: This is the location where the data from the sensor nodes is collected, processed, and analyzed.
