Uses

Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Helps men achieve and maintain an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Occasionally used to treat PAH by relaxing blood vessels in the lungs.

How It Works:

Fildena 100 is a PDE5 inhibitor that relaxes smooth muscles and increases blood flow to specific areas, particularly the penis.

Dosage:

Standard Dose: One tablet taken orally with water 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. Effects last up to 4-6 hours.
Adjustments: Dosage may be increased to 200 mg or decreased to 50 mg based on effectiveness and tolerance. Do not take more than once a day.
